This machine is designed as a vacuum thermoforming machine for luggage, featuring a comprehensive system that includes a molding system, heating system, and control system. It is particularly well-suited for the production of high-quality luggage shells, such as those created using polycarbonate vacuum forming for 32 inch luggage.
The operation of the machine is divided into left and right stations. The left frame enters the middle heating furnace, where it is heated according to the set time. Simultaneously, the right frame undergoes shaping, material placement, and removal. Afterward, the right frame moves into the middle heating furnace for heating, following a similar cycle. This alternating operation is ideal for maximizing efficiency, making it an excellent choice for a vacuum forming machine for suitcase production.
The machine includes a laser distance measurement system to ensure precise control of the plastic sheet positioning, preventing the material from sagging due to prolonged heating. This feature is crucial for maintaining the quality of the formed luggage, whether using a plastic thermoforming machine for luggage or more specialized equipment.
Equipped with a vacuum box, the machine ensures sufficient vacuum capacity. Both the left and right forming stations come with devices for blowing, primary small vacuum, secondary large vacuum, and demolding air blowing. The system includes a corresponding gate valve switch for bubble blowing and small vacuum control, allowing precise flow rate adjustments, which is essential for processes like polycarbonate vacuum forming.
For mold changes, the machine features a quick-change system that involves disassembling and installing the mounting strip on the mold installation base plate. This design not only speeds up the mold replacement process but also prevents the mold from falling when the power is turned off. This feature is highly beneficial for maintaining productivity, especially in systems like a full automatic ABS PC plastic sheets forming machine.
The fan cooling system, featuring four high-efficiency centrifugal fans at each station, allows for flexible adjustment of the air outlet angle, speeding up the cooling and shaping process. The heating furnace of the machine is divided into an upper and a lower section, each with an independent pressure-regulating temperature control system. The upper heating furnace uses 122*122 honeycomb far-infrared heating bricks, while the lower section has densely arranged heating tubes, including four symmetrical heating tubes horizontally aligned. The furnace can automatically adjust temperatures to compensate for differences between the left and right stations, ensuring uniform heating.
The heating furnace can also move left and right to preheat the mold, further enhancing the machine's versatility and efficiency.
The machine offers both manual and automatic operation modes, making it suitable for operators of various skill levels. An infrared grating at the loading and unloading positions prevents the frame from falling and injuring the operator, ensuring safety.
The user-friendly operation interface allows for real-time adjustment of all parameters and includes a recipe-saving function, making it an efficient and versatile vacuum thermoforming machine.
