This machine is a professional vacuum thermoforming machine, which integrates advanced forming system, precise heating system and intelligent control system. It is specially designed for the manufacture of high-quality luggage shells, especially for the production of 32-inch polycarbonate luggage.
The equipment adopts double-station alternating operation mode: While the left station enters the central heating furnace for programmed heating, the right station can simultaneously perform the molding processing and material replacement processes. Subsequent station rotation to achieve uninterrupted continuous production, this efficient production mode makes it an ideal choice for the luggage manufacturing industry.
In order to ensure the molding accuracy, the equipment is equipped with a high-precision laser positioning system, which can monitor the position of the plate in real time and effectively prevent the thermal deformation of the material. At the same time, the built-in large capacity vacuum box provides a stable negative pressure environment for the molding process. Each molding station is equipped with a complete pressure control system, including a pre-blowing device, a two-stage vacuum system (primary small vacuum and secondary large vacuum) and a release auxiliary device, along with a precision-adjustable gate valve system, perfectly adapted to the molding process requirements of materials such as polycarbonate.
The mold replacement system adopts a fast clip design, and only needs to operate the positioning bar on the mold installation base plate to complete the mold replacement, which not only improves the efficiency of mold change, but also ensures the safety of the equipment in case of power failure. The cooling system is equipped with four sets of high-performance centrifugal fans to support multi-angle air supply adjustment, which can significantly shorten the cooling and setting time of the product.
The heating system adopts upper and lower independent temperature control design: the upper part is equipped with a 122×122 specification honeycomb far-infrared heating module, and the lower part is equipped with four groups of horizontally symmetrical efficient heating tubes, and the intelligent temperature control compensation system can accurately adjust the temperature balance of the double station. The heating furnace body has the function of lateral movement, which can realize the preheating of the mold and further improve the production efficiency.
The equipment provides manual/automatic dual mode operation, equipped with infrared safety grating protection system, effectively ensure the safety of operation. User-friendly control interface supports real-time parameter adjustment and process formula storage functions, easy to operate and intuitive.
