This machine is a vacuum thermoforming equipment specially designed for the luggage industry, integrating the core modules of the forming system, heating system, control system, etc., especially suitable for the production of high-quality luggage shells, such as 32-inch luggage made of polycarbonate material vacuum forming.
Efficient dual station design
The equipment adopts the left and right double-station alternating operation mode, which significantly improves the production efficiency. While the left station enters the middle heating furnace for regular heating, the right station can synchronously complete the molding, material placement and removal operations. Subsequently, the right station enters the heating furnace, and the left station carries out the molding operation, forming a cyclic and alternating work flow. This design not only optimizes the production rhythm, but also makes it ideal for vacuum molding of luggage.
Precise positioning and anti-sag control
The equipment is equipped with a laser ranging system, which can accurately control the positioning of plastic sheets and effectively prevent the material from sagging due to long-term heating. This function is particularly important in the plastic thermoforming process to ensure the molding quality of the suitcase shell.
High efficiency vacuum and blowing system
The equipment has a built-in vacuum box to provide sufficient vacuum capacity. The left and right molding stations are equipped with blowing devices to support a small vacuum, two large vacuum and release blowing operation. The system is also equipped with a corresponding gate valve switch, which is used to precisely adjust the flow rate of blowing bubbles and small vacuum, especially for vacuum forming processes such as polycarbonate materials.
Rapid die change system
The equipment adopts convenient mold replacement design, only need to disassemble and install the mold mounting strip to complete the mold change operation. This design not only speeds up the mold change speed, but also avoids the risk of mold falling off when the power is off, significantly improving the production efficiency, especially for the production needs of automatic ABS/PC plastic sheet forming machines.
High efficiency cooling system
Each station is equipped with four efficient centrifugal fans to support flexible adjustment of the outlet Angle, which can quickly cool the formed products and further shorten the production cycle. This function is essential to improve production efficiency, especially in line with the efficient production requirements of fully automatic ABS/PC plastic sheet forming machines.
Intelligent heating system
The heating furnace is divided into two sections, each of which is equipped with an independent pressure and temperature control system. The upper heating furnace adopts 122*122 honeycomb far-infrared heating bricks, and the lower furnace is densely arranged with heat pipes, including 4 symmetrical horizontal heat pipes. The heating furnace supports automatic temperature regulation, which can compensate the temperature difference between the left and right stations to ensure heating uniformity. In addition, the furnace can also be moved left and right to preheat the mold, further improving the versatility and efficiency of the equipment.
Safety and ease of operation
The device supports both manual and automatic operation modes, suitable for operators with different skill levels. The loading and unloading position is equipped with infrared grating, which can effectively prevent the accidental fall of the frame and ensure the safety of the operator.
