This 30-inch vacuum forming machine is composed of main parts such as the forming system, heating system and control system, and adopts a dual-station design. The left station frame enters the central heating furnace for timed heating, while the right station can simultaneously complete the forming, material picking and material placing processes. Then, the right station frame moves into the heating furnace for heating, and the two stations alternate in a cycle.
The equipment is equipped with a laser distance meter to precisely control the position of the sheet and prevent overheating and deformation. The design of the vacuum box ensures sufficient vacuum capacity. Each forming station is fully equipped with a forming device, including a blowing system, a small vacuum at the first level, a large vacuum at the second level, and a demolding blowing device, and is equipped with a gate valve control system with adjustable flow rate, which is particularly suitable for the vacuum forming process of 32-inch polycarbonate luggage.
The mold changing system has been optimized. Only the fixing strips on the mold installation base plate need to be removed to complete the mold change, which not only improves the mold changing efficiency but also ensures safety during power failure. The mold can also be directly fixed on the installation base plate. The cooling system adopts four high-efficiency centrifugal fans, with adjustable outlet angles, significantly enhancing the cooling efficiency and production speed.
The heating system adopts an upper and lower layer design, each equipped with an independent pressure regulating and temperature control system. The upper heating furnace uses 122×122 honeycomb far-infrared heating bricks, while the lower heating part is configured with four horizontally symmetrical arranged heating tubes. The system can automatically adjust the temperature and balance the temperature difference between the two workstations.
The equipment is equipped with a mold preheating function, and the heating furnace can move left and right. It offers both manual and automatic operation modes to meet the needs of different operators. In terms of safety, infrared light curtains are installed at the loading and unloading positions to effectively prevent the accidental drop of the frame. The user interface is designed to be user-friendly, supporting real-time parameter adjustment and recipe storage functions.
This equipment, with its advanced technical features, has become the core device of the luggage manufacturing production line, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
