24-Inch Hard Case Vacuum Forming Equipment is composed of multiple core systems, including the forming system, heating system and control system, etc., specially designed to enhance the efficiency of luggage manufacturing. Its operation is divided into left and right workstations. The left workstation is responsible for sending the frame into the middle heating furnace for timed heating, while the right workstation simultaneously performs forming, material picking and material placing operations. Subsequently, the frame from the right workstation enters the heating furnace for heating, and the left and right workstations alternate in a cycle, which is very suitable for assembly line production.
To ensure the stability of polycarbonate materials during the heating process, the equipment is equipped with a laser distance meter to prevent the plates from falling off due to overheating. In addition, the design of the vacuum box guarantees sufficient vacuum capacity. Both the left and right forming stations are equipped with air-blowing, small vacuum once, large vacuum twice and demolding air-blowing devices, and the flow rate is precisely controlled by the gate valve switch.
The mold replacement process is simple and only requires the disassembly and assembly of the installation strips on the mold installation base plate. The aluminum molds will not fall off when power is cut off and can be directly installed on the base plate. The cooling systems on the left and right workstations use four high-efficiency centrifugal fans, with adjustable outlet angles, significantly enhancing the cooling efficiency.
The heating furnace is divided into upper and lower sections, each with an independent temperature control system. The upper heating furnace uses honeycomb far-infrared heating bricks, while the lower heating zone is equipped with densely arranged heating tubes, which can automatically adjust the temperature according to the temperature difference between the left and right workstations. The heating furnace can also move left and right to preheat the molds.
The equipment supports both manual and automatic operation modes, suitable for operators with different levels of experience. To ensure safety, infrared grilles are installed at the loading and unloading positions to prevent the frame from accidentally falling. The operation interface is user-friendly, and all parameters can be adjusted in real time. It also supports recipe saving function, making it particularly suitable for plastic sheet extruders.
In addition, this device is seamlessly integrated with the CNC plastic cutting machine, further enhancing the overall efficiency of the luggage production line.
