1.This vacuum thermoforming machine for luggage and bags is composed of main components such as the forming system, heating system and control system. It adopts a dual-station design, allowing for alternating operations on both the left and right sides. While the left frame is being heated in the central heating furnace for the preset time, the right frame can simultaneously complete the forming, material picking and material placing processes. Then, the right frame moves into the heating furnace for heating, and this cycle repeats.
2.The equipment is equipped with a laser distance measurement device to precisely control the spacing of the plates and prevent the material from falling off due to overheating. The design of the vacuum box ensures sufficient vacuum capacity. Both the left and right forming stations are equipped with complete forming systems, including air blowing devices, primary small vacuum, secondary large vacuum, and demolding air blowing functions. Through the adjustable flow control valve system, it is particularly suitable for the vacuum forming process of 32-inch polycarbonate luggage.
3.The mold changing system has been optimized. Only the fixing strips on the mold installation base plate need to be removed to complete the mold change, which not only improves the mold changing efficiency but also ensures the safety of the mold when power is off. The mold can also be directly fixed on the installation base plate. The cooling system adopts four high-efficiency centrifugal fans, with adjustable outlet angles, significantly enhancing the cooling efficiency and production speed.
4.The heating system adopts a double-layer structure with upper and lower layers, each equipped with an independent pressure-regulating and temperature-control system. The upper layer uses 122×122 honeycomb far-infrared heating bricks, while the lower layer is fitted with densely arranged heating tubes, including four horizontally symmetrical heating tubes that can automatically adjust the temperature to balance the temperature difference between the two working positions. The heating furnace has a left-right movement function and can preheat the molds.
5.The equipment offers both manual and automatic operation modes to accommodate operators of different skill levels. To ensure operational safety, infrared light curtain protection devices are installed at the loading and unloading positions. The user-friendly interface supports real-time parameter adjustment and has a recipe storage function.
